Application and acceptance of the General Sales Terms and Conditions - Contract

The present General Sales Terms and Conditions form an integral part of any sale's contract concluded between Mr Daniel LALLEMAND and the purchasing Internet customer, whether this contract is finalised on the Internet, by mail or differently.

The buyer admits having knowledge of these General Sales Terms and Conditions and expressly states their acceptance of them without reserve.

The sale's contract includes, in addition to the final General Sales Terms and Conditions published at the moment of placing the order, particular items of the order, namely, the identity of the buyer, the designation of the work chosen by the buyer, its price and the delivery terms.

It is agreed that the fact of clicking on the button "Confirm your order" confirms the buyer's assent, identified by entering his identity details, and includes his acceptance of the General Sales Terms and Conditions and the particular items defined in the sale.

The contract becomes definitive between the parties:

- in the case of payment by bank card: after the buyer has clicked on the buttons "Confirm your order" and "payment by Bank Card", where he entered his bank details on the Société Générale server, and that Mr. LALLEMAND was advised of the validation of the payment by the aforementioned server;
